Hi, I live with my partner and wanted to ask a question on her behalf. There is a history of drug use, mental health problems and domestic violence with her ex and there is a court order saying contact needs to be supervised. My partner has refused to give him our new address where we live with my stepdaughter and my son out of fear for our safety. He has my partner's contact number but has recently been demanding our address, saying that his solicitor says he is legally entitled to know. By law do we have to tell him? If not is there any legislation or case law that we can refer to? Many thanks.*
