A tribunal day runs from 10am - 4pm. Hearing will start at10am. The Judge will then go away and read all the statements from everyone, and look at all the evidence including discplinary notes, investigation and appeal notes, the ET1 and ET3 forms. That could take an hour minimum. Then the hearing will restart at earliest 11am depending on how much the judge has to read. Theres an hour break for lunch and hearing will finish at 4pm. Chances are that questioning on day 1 wont even start until after lunch which would only give about 3 - 4 hours to question all witnesses and yourself, give final submissions, deal with any issues that turn up as a result of questioning and, for the Judge to make his decision. As someone who has been through the process, 1 'tribunal 'day is not enough with so many witnesses.
