    Hiya I got "A final written warning " I said that I woul let you know. Am I allowed to talk about it now it's all over?

      Talk to who? I'd suggest that you put this behind you and work on making sure they don't have anything else to complain about. It will only take a minor thing now to get you dismissed.

      On the other hand, at least you still have your job, and that's good.

        I have to have a meeting with the head before i go back to school, only i don't want to have a conversation without someone being present. She will ask why, somebody said something about me and her in one of thier statments. Without mentioning names can I say I read something that has made me feel a bit uncomfortable so I would like a colleague to sit in with me?

          No. You are not entitled to take someone to meetings with you now. You can ask, but I wouldn't advise it; it simply demonstrates that all trust has broken down, and that is a very good reason to terminate your job. You cannot take someone to work with you every time you need to speak to someone. You must either decide to say something yourself, or you really need to forget everything and move on.
