  • Director from a limited company and the shares

    Hello all

I wonder if someone could give me some advice please.

I am a director of a limited company with an ownership of 24%. My salary is made up by basic income and dividends.

Things have gone sour between me and the other directors here, I am therefore planning to leave the company. I was threatened by another director that once I have left the company, I will not received any dividends.

So my questions are, is that true that I will not get any dividends once I have left the company? If not, are there any ways (or tricks) that the other directors can do / use to stop me getting my dividends?

    Many thanks in advance!

    Bart
