Firstly I would like to say a quick hi to you guys and thanks for allowing me to join your forum.
my name is Paul and I own a small grounds maintenance company employing 3 staff.
My work is seasonal from February to end of October and we tick over during winter months when we can,
The help I am looking for is advice to what contract would best suit our needs.I have been told that the zero hour contract was designed for companies like mine? also do I have to pay stupid sums of money to get a contract drawn up or are there templates available.
