  • Redundancy scorer conflict of interest?

Looking for advice regarding being selected for redundancy.

Can a director of a company specialising in the outsourcing of work, but also employed as manufacturing manager of another company score when the outcome of dismisals could have a positive impact on the company he is a director of.??

I believe i was marked low by this individual because he wanted to outsource the work i was doing through his company. Ive only just found this out after being dismissed ten weeks ago. In addition, the scorer must be impartial and not biased in his scoring but, having this conflict of interest it could be argued that he couldn't possibly be.

    Regards
