  • ET Judgements

Good morning. I know EAT judgements are published online but is there somewhere that ET judgments are published? Failing that, is there an organisation that monitors ET that you can submit your own judgement to? Thank you.

You could try looking at the Northern Ireland Industrial Tribunals on Bailii.

Thanks for that. I thought I was in luck because the Northern Ireland Tribunals section lets you search for United Kingdom Tribunals, but I just keep getting an 'Internal Server Error' message

Have United Kingdom Employment Tribunals got something to hide because its strange how Northern Ireland Tribunals are open to let you search for judgements, yet United Kingdom Employment Tribunals are all hush hush and only accessible if it goes to EAT?

After you tick the Industrial Tribunals box, put a couple of relevant keywords in the 'All of these words' box before clicking on search.

Years ago there were a few sites where you could access Employment Tribunal judgements. They changed them so that you could only access them if you paid a subscription/membership fee.
