    Hello, I have a disciplinary hearing in a couple of days, and from what I can gather it ain't going to go in my favour , they are accusing me of gross miss conduct , am I able to put my notice in before the hearing to avoid getting dismissed, so that I have left on my own accord, for future employment references etc? Thanks in advance
