Bank holidays working in scotland

I have just recieved my bank holiday agreement form to indicate which bank holidays i wish to work i am required to work 2 a year, i work retail night shift 10pm-6am so our bank holiday begins on the sunday night shift into monday morning. On recieving the form i have noticed that all but 1 of the dates are not on any bank/public holiday in scotland or england, can my employer change bank holiday dates ?
For reference the dates we have recieved are as follows april 4th, 2nd may, 6th june, 11th july, 3rd october ?
