I took a job last September on basis I pass my 3 month probation. Well to cut long story short I was dismissed at the end of my 3 month without any notice. According to the government website I have incurred 7 days holiday pay which I have not received and also as I understand from my contact I am entitled to one weeks notice pay which has not been paid . I have informed the HR department of this but they are not co operating. Were do I stand ? What are my rights ?
