  • Tribunal. Is it worth it?

Many of you will know my history from my previous posts. I now only have until the end of Dec to decide if I want to take the company to a tribunal. In my appeal letter they admit to being in the wrong by not following their own policy and looking into my medical circumstances. Is it worth taking them to a tribunal for breach of contract. If they had followed their guidelines properly it would have saved me 8 weeks of unnecessary stress and anxiety. I was fired for theft. I lost my job, so I've been punished. But surly that doesn't give them the right to treat me so appallingly. Also I felt because they point blank ignored my medical history it was disability discrimination. Not once have they addressed this claim or asked why I felt discriminated against. Please help! I'm not looking for a payout I just want them to be proven to be wrong and unfair .

I've just re-read all your previous posts.

It is not worth taking them to a Tribunal.
If, by some miracle, you get as far as a hearing you will lose.
You will then be liable for your former employer's costs.
