Then to be honest i would keep very quiet on this

You have less than 24 months continious service with a considerable time off sick, and more to come.

I would be looking for a new job while on the sick as i have no doubt the employer will be letting you go on capability issues in the very near future
            .
And there is not a thing you can do about it.

I agree but that has nothing to do with your attendance record

Have you asked for a referral to Occupational health

Re: Fit Note Question & Advice Since Update

It is nice to see in your last post your manager is up to spec on employee welfare and manager responsibility while at work.

I myself have had my Gall Bladder removed, never again will i go through that pain.
Your employer should be paying you if you are fit to go to work and not forcing you to remain on the sick

Are you qualified to work in the admin department as that will be seen as a reasonable adjustment until fit for full duties by the employer

But i honestly think you are flogging a dead horse with this and my advice would be to stay under the radar. If your position is indespensable to the company they will probably keep you on, but do not force their hand

The responsibility as to back to work routine after surgery is normally handled by Occupatinal Health

An employer can overturn a GP Fit note on advice from a third party such as Occupatinal health.

You need to listen to what i am trying to say

Stay under the Radar or you will probably be out of a job on capability
