    i can imagine they did get HCEO so quickly, i will await to see if they accept my offer again as this time i have sent it in writing, if they decline i will await the standard letter from weightmans stating full payment within 28 days, otherwise we issue ccj etc etc, then if they will not accept my payment option i know the next letter will be county court papers, while i will no doubt defend in full and get further advice, it will also stall for time to get preperations for bankruptcy (last option). Who knows they may not have the agreement i signed, although thats high hoping hahaha
