      Ending ZHC would stop a lot of people like me working because I can't commit to fixed work schedules.

      The bad press about these is often done for political motives rather than genuine interest and Labour made heavy capital out of them, despite having done nothing for 13 years to stop exploitative contracts and despite using them extensively as a party. Exclusivity clauses were banned earlier this year and they were the worst feature of ZHC.

      It's worth reading the factual data on ZHC rather than the political and populist stuff that seems more geared to attacking the Govt rather than dealing with the issues that need addressing. In the recent CIPD survey, respondents gave a higher satisfaction rating for ZHC than by users of other contractual forms. That's not the sort of fact that you ever hear from the protest groups.
