I am after some advise on my situation
I have tendered my resignation with my current employer on the 16th of September, and have been told that I have a 3 month notice period. Reading my contract (which started on the 1st of July 2013) the terms are stated as
1 week notice period during your 3 months probation - After which you will be on a 1 month notice
then for every full year your work you will add a month onto your notice period (for a max of 3 months)
I am not sure if this means as I have worked 2 years and 2 months that it is 3 months or 2?
