I am salaried staff and do get paid overtime if working out of hours.
My compnay has decided that we do not get paid travel time out of working hours.

For example on a weekend we have to travel 2 & 1/2 hours to another office (not our normal office of work) to do 1 hours work then travel 2 & 1/2 hours home and the company say we are only entitled to the one hours overtime, even though we have traveled for 5 hour to acomplish the work, is this correct?

Yes we are normally based in London, but are being asked to travel to Birmingham at weekends to do work in our own time.
