  • Unfair treatment

I wonder if anyone had any advice on what I could do about this (if anything).I started working for a small recruitment company a few months ago, and after a while noticed that one of the girls that started around the same time was getting better treatment and better roles to work on. She left a couple of weeks back and as we had been working on some roles together I was allowed access to her emails. I found a series of emails between her and my manager where she had said that I was going to leave and had asked for my old job back (all lies) and that there was no point giving me any new roles because of this. I believe because of this I was unfairly treated in favour of her and now feel really uncomfortable knowing my manager has been sending secret emails about me. I don't feel comfortable going to the company directors with this as one of them is sleeping with the manager. Thankyou in advance for any help

Well I was dismissed this morning as it "wasn't working out" so guess that's the new plan!
