    what does a person do if they wish to challenge the contents of a subject access request on the grounds of
    incorrect police reporting
    incorrect health diagnosis
    both impacting the person's employment status and personal life.

    Firstly you need evidence to proof the police reporting and health diagnosis is incorrect and then make a formal complaint to the Information commissioners office

    If they have included inaccurate information in job references then you may sue for libel if said reference prevented you getting employment!
