Can any body help I'm not getting paid right I don't think anyway I get paid for 36.5hrs I work 40.5 that's with taking one hour of each day for break we have electronic clock in so it shows as over time on my pay slip but the manager then dose minuse hrs this month it was £165 when I speck to him about it he says we are all the same I'm sure this is not right I am a team leader at tesco and thay say I don't get overtime pay I don't know who else to ask

have you got a copy of your contract or even a company handbook you could post up (redacted)?Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

Is your lunch unpaid break - I suspect it is, though that only accounts for 4 hours as that the difference between 40.5 and 36.5.
