    Yes i am in the RMT and i have already got them on my side teaboy that is ecactly what i wanted to know thatk you, but it seems like they are asking me to get a sick note to prevent me from being paid whilst they wont allow me back to work

      For me to bring a disbility discrimination claim for not allowing me back to work or paying me full pay would i need to resign from my employment first?

        No you can issue a disability discrimination claim without having to resign or be dismissed, though you will need to complete the grievance procedure first to show to the tribunal that you acted reasonably at all stages and give them plenty of opportunity to resolve the matter!
