Made redundant from work the company is continuing to do

Hi, I'm seeking some advice on a situation I've been made aware of.

I was made redundant form my job along with many other people in the company but I have been advised the store I worked in have continued to do some of the main parts of my role. At the moment I don't know the extent of this but am wondering where I stand legally.

Its your role that was made redundant not your duties, so they could give your duties to other staff or employ someone under a different job title with same/similar duties. At the end of the day the need for those duties to be carried out in the store don't cease because you were made redundant! So you have no grounds to take any action!
