Ok am struggling to follow what it is your trying to say in your posts, but don't worry all i need is for you to simply answer the questions with simple answers i.e. Yes/No - Mon,Tue,Wed,Thur,Fri, - 40hrs no need to add any further information regarding the point of the questions, except for the one where i asking about the Interrogation.
What days have you worked each week for the last 4 years?
What was your starting time and finish time?
So you not seen a contract for 2 years, but have worked 4 years for the same company?
And you think you may have a copy of your contract at home somewhere?
How you mean interrogate you? (Your right to by accompanied into meetings doesn't necessarily extend outside of the scope of Grievance or Disciplinary meetings!). Have they been threatening you with dismissal or anything like that? Please note that this advice is given informally, without liability and without prejudice. Always seek the advice of an insured qualified professional. Re: security officer being forced to it work every weekend
If I can weigh in here - Some security contracts are extremely tricky and have special clauses which dictate "Operational Requirements" - I know some of the clauses never stand up at tribunal (Coming from that sector I have vast experience with it)

Theres similar terms in most employment contracts as well, along the lines of "from time to time you may be required to work additional days upon request to cover staff sickness, holidays or shortages, or during exceptionally busy periods" Though this is more common in the retail and sales sector. But obviously retail security goes hand in hand with the retail sector.
So thats why i haven't mentioned anything as to whether they can force him to work the Saturdays or not as i do not yet know if his contract would allow for them to request that he works said day or not. However their alleged aggression gives me cause for concern here also, as if he means they are being verbally or physically aggressive when speaking to him, then that may amount to bullying and harassment, possibly amount to even worse than that. But until hes able to clarify what he means regarding aggression and interrogation (and i think he needs to get a friend who has better written English skills to post for him), then its hard to say and we may never really no whats happening. Please note that this advice is given informally, without liability and without prejudice. yes it felt like it trying to tell me how to do my job when i have stopped 2 nasty thieves that wanted to knock my block off only very recently
and they want me to run round the store which is 100000 sq ft and by myself with only 10 cctv cammeras they don't seem to realise if you run fast can't you see what is going on you wont take the situation in and due to my very sore feet know some times it is very painful my feet and ankles are a mess i have also taken photos because his pointing and gestures are very aggressive which he and the manager dont realise the stress i am under and he said he doesn't care about the stresses i have at home or what I have said to other workers about my neighbour and housing stresses/QUOTE]

Re: security officer being forced to work every weekend
Right so your shift pattern if worked over a 2 week period, where week 1 is 4 days with 2 days off and week 2 is 6 days on and 1 day off, and you have been working this exact same pattern for 4 years since you were fist employed by the company?
If so, then that shift pattern is likely in your contract as being your contractual days of work, but we still need to see your contract to make sure. Even if the contract doesn't state your shift pattern, the fact you have worked said shift pattern since your employment began would make it an implied contractual term of your employment and therefore can not be changed without your consent either.
If you can post up the contract once you find it, it would certainly help us to help you even more.
As for the interrogations, well If am right, are their not suppose to be a minimum of 2 security office on duty at a time for shops over a certain size? Due to health and safety reasons - Also how are they expecting you to manage the store, that's the store managers job not yours, or do you mean manage the security of the store?
Finger pointing and raise voice is not bullying or harassment, unless there is foul language, name calling, personal slurs against you (whether racial or non racial), or physical contact (i.e. pointing finger in to your chest, which is actually assault). However treating your detrimentally (less favourably) than they do others, just because you refuse to change your shift pattern (contractual terms) is unlawful and likely in breach their duty of mutual trust and confidence, which is a contractual term between all employers and employees. Which means that you and your employer rely on each other to be honest and respectful. If the employer breaches that trust and confidence duty, then an employee may have grounds to treat such breach of trust and confidence by their employer as an unlawful breach of their employment contract.
Yes i have seen your family thread, unfortunately i can't help you with the problems you have with your Neighbors though i do sympathize with you. Please note that this advice is given informally, without liability and without prejudice. Re: security officer being forced to work every weekend
What was the reason they told you as to why they want you to work saturdays or change your rota?
Also, when he went ballistic with you, was their any name calling or abusive language directed at you and was this in the presence of other people or in private office? Please note that this advice is given informally, without liability and without prejudice. Re: security officer being forced to work every weekend
my Rosta is the same as what i have put in the earlier question and also appears in the companies Rosta website these were set the first summer here.
he wants me around when it is busy and when he deems the threat to be higher and trying to second guess when thieves come in .When i belive they come in busy or quite some like busy some don't and some inbetween there is no reason or no way you can predict when they will be in.

Re: security officer being forced to work every weekend
he said he wanted cover for the bank holiday i said i would try to cover Sunday but only if he organised it. it would have to have been overtime when i checked my company rosta nothing changed so i couldn't come in as i wouldn't be paid i think he wanted that this time we were by the tills we were last time i thought some of the customers also wondered what was going on. I felt attacked like when i stopped a thief 2 weeks ago and he threatened to break my jaw. i am taking photos of him in case he does really want me gone and i have to go to tribunal I've been through it before and hope it isn't about to happen again it is v stressful and my wife is struggling as it is. also the rosta was set by previous managers and had no problem with it. it was worked out by our resources department not me. my assignment instructions say that i am not allowed to add hours at the stores request only in special circumstances.
