  • Paid salary via unknown company

    Hi,
I just check my statement and notice that this month I got paid from unknown company. The amount is correct but I am wondering why my employer would opt for something like this. Do I need to be concern? Is this legal?
    Many thanks

Have you checked this " unknown" company out?
Is it part of the same group of companies?
Has your employer out sourced its payroll department?

      Thank you for prompt reply.
I found this new company to be partner company. Shouldn't I be notified or asked of such actions or this is standard/normal procedure for big corp?
Now I am not sure anymore who am I working for.
"Has your employer out sourced its payroll department?" - I need to dig little bit for this.

      Thank you

When you say partner company, do you mean its a company under the same group of companies?
