    Appeal against dismissal hearing

    Hi we have an appeal date set for Monday 23 march but in organising the papers I have noticed the company disciplinary procedure says "the hearing will take place within seven days of receiving the appeal". We actually hand delivered the appeal on 4th march, so they would appear to be in breach of their policy. Any advice on what we should do. Thanks.
