Hello All
I have been at a major American financial software company for 6 years as a manager. I was doing quite well and then my current boss took over about 2.5 years ago and my rating took a dive pretty immediately. Also he is a real bully/racist and my relationship has been very bad him. Things came to head last year in Oct when they told me that I should take a demotion or if I stay as a manager I will downgraded and put on a performance plan. I rejected the demotion and have raised a grievance against him in terms of unprofessional behaviour, harassment, bullying and unfairness. I mentioned also other people in my team who have witnessed some of his behaviour and will back me up.
Its seven weeks since I raised the grievance and no decision yet? Also they have not interviewed anyone as far as I know?
Any advice what I should do and why they haven't interviewed anyone? what is going on
