  • Forced to resign because of copy of employment contract denied

    hi all
My employer lost his contract last August so I had my contract transferred to my new company has a TUPE. I lost a few privileges that I had so I have asked both, my old employer and new employer a copy of the contract or a written statement and they haven't provide any doc. so far I have sent emails to the general managers letters to HR and nothing. I now that by law they have two months to send this information after you start working. Can someone tell me what to do. Thank you for your time.

    Regards

    Lucas
