    Hi
    Some help and advice please.
    I have edited this to make it much shorter and easier!
    Long story short, I resigned from my job. Was not given the opportunity to work my notice, and having been paid I only received pay for the days I worked, not my notice period or expenses due.
    How can I recover what is owed?

    Section 13 employment rights act 1996 - covers unauthrised deductions or withholding of pay owed. You can either take civil action at county court to reclaim said monies or take the matter to employment tribunal via ACAS!

      Check your employment contract to see what it says about ending employment and notice etc.
