  • Lloyds Banking Group Manager is bullying me to quit my job

Hello, First of all i am sorry if their has been a similar post, its just that i am new to this site and still trying to use it properly .

I currently work for LBG, in one of their contact centers. I have been there for six months. Lately my new manager (who has just been appointed to this role within the last 3 months) has been on my case non stop. Now i know have difficulties, in regards to discussing Financial difficulty with our customers. I struggle on effective questioning. My manager did take me of calls a number of times to do "coaching" but all she does is puts me in a predicament where i feel uncomfortable. Since 17/10/2014 she has now been planing "seeds" where she has said "have you ever thought this job may not be for you?" this has been brought up a number of times. "if i was to leave now i would get a good recommendation by LBG" i felt really uncomfortable as she was putting me into these situations. couple of days ago she took me of the calls and put me on an action plan(where i am not on calls for 3 days so i can have "training". She once again asked me thee questions ^ I gave her my decision i was staying she was not happy with that (see her facial expression) and she now has told me that she has told HR regarding my situation and its "Formal" so now if i was to leave/fired it will show left/fired due to pending disciplinary. I also have a meeting with her boss now on Friday the 24th October, which she told me you best be prepared for that.
I am so worried my self esteem is really down, i am scared to go into work, always in fear, received anti-depressants. so upset currently don't know what do cant lose my job as i will lose my mortgage. can anyone help me?

thank you for reading this much appreciated.
