    Disciplinary information shared please help (DPA)

    Hi,

    I work for a facilities management company that is contracted by another company to carry out its services and I have just found out that my direct company has given the details of my investigation/ disciplinary to the other company it is employed by.

    Is this allowed under DPA as it is my belief that they have handle my details securely and confidently??

    Just to clarify, was the investigation/disciplinary about you and not one you carried out on behalf of your company about someone else.

    Would they have reason to pass on the details to the other company?
