Doing more work but same pay.

i seem to be doing more work than my colleagues but get paid the same...what can I do if my mangers doesn't want raise my pay for the more work I do then other colleagues?

Sorry what I ment to say I do more advanced level of work in comparasion to my colleagues but they seem to get paid the same as me. They are on 16 hours contracts and I'm on 25 hour contract.
