    Hi sorry this is my first post on forum i hope it is right I Work for Tesco since 2011 in a very short period of time i stepped forward from customer assistant to admin plus team leader but in The mean time i had to go on The sick because i had a car accident on my Way back from Work.any Way i Deicided to be. Fair with my store manager and decided to drop my team leader position because i was suffering from a serious injury and i was unable to Work full time and go back as a customer assistant for only one day a week and as i gave up team leader job problems started i received texts from my Dep manager abusing my ethnity for example you polish or do you understand this bitch etc i was quiet for long time but i couldnt take this any longer in the mean time she transfered me to another store later on another store manager wanted to give me dissmisal because i was 9 weeks on The sick i believe this was set up between 2 managers they didnt follow The Tesco policy on The first day back to work they never signed The welcome back form and also a person with more than 3 % sickness is not supposed to be transfered to another store plz can you give me some advaice thxs

    You need to post a copy of the Tesco policy, and the welcome back form.

      One thing I would like to know(which will be separate to any advice given on the issue of sickness absence) is whether you kept the texts from your manager which were insulting your ethnicity?
