I recently am recieving unemployment because my boss fired me. When I filed, she claimed she did not fire me. I proved her wrong via text messages which I submitted to the unemployment agency. They agreed that she seperated from me and I was no longer disqualified. Now I am up for unemployment re-evaluation and my ex boss sent me a registered letter saying I was not fired and she wants me to to return to work immediately and will give me all my benefits, same pay and full time. I will not return. I did not leave on a friendly basis. Because of this letter, If I say that I was not offered employment and that I did not turn down any jobs when I file my unemployment claim....is that considered fraud? I feel that I did not apply for work at her store and I was fired.

Re: Uemployment Legal rights
It would not be considered appropriate to return to an employment, where there has been bad feelings or disagreements with the Boss.
You should use this as a defence if you are sanctioned by the Job Centre.
Your ex employer sacked you, and that is the end of the matter.
What is to say that she will not do this again?“The only man who sticks closer to you in adversity more than a friend, is a creditor.”
