    Hi hope someone can help me out here,

    I work 4 days a wk Tues to Fri so roughly get 22 days holidays pay, My boss takes of for Bank Holidays is this right if I don't work Mondays.
    This year ive got 15 days holidays surely that isn't right.

    You are entitled to 22.4 days holiday per year. This web site is the calculator

    Your employer is entitled to deduct bank holidays from this entitlement but as you do not work on Mondays then you are not taking a holiday and should not have it removed from your entitlement. Looks like he is trying to save money by devious means. You can point out to him that as he deducts from the allowance for bank holiday Mondays then you expect holiday pay for those days.
