Why do you need a grievance letter? Its an appeal letter that you need to write - Just set it out like below

FORMAL LETTER OF APPEAL - REFERENCE DISCIPLINARY OUTCOME

Dear Sir/Madam


You will struggle to find templates for Appeal and Grievance letters due to each case being different.

If they do offer you redudnacy, you will have to decide whether to accept it or not. You could off course skip the redundancy allegation to avoid giving them any ideas.

Hi. I had my appeal hearing last Friday, and iam now waiting for the outcome!! Company still could not produce a policy about usage of the company van, but are still saying its a very serious misconduct even after I produced my company handbook where it states it's a conduct issue! I have a feeling that performance will be dropped as they tried to tell me appraisals count as performance management and then couldn't produce my most recent one, which was satisfactory. What I need to ask you, can a final written and a demotion be sanctioned at the same time for one offence? I know I'm jumping the gun before I receive my fate, but the outcome to me is predictable, as it has been from the start. However if they do give me a warning how can I be expected to go back into my department after 7 personal statements about me have been produced to me. This has been carrying on for nearly 2 months now need closure. Thanks for the support :-)

Hi, need a bit of advice, totally out of my depth on this!! Appeal decsion arrived by signed for delivery last Friday, took them 5 working days to come up with this classic!! A verbal warning for performace, a final written and demotion for use of the van. The letter stated that the other person in question of misuse had permission to deliver a bathroom suite to his personal address!! The matter did not result in dismissel because of my 10 years service. From this I asked for a protected conversation as I stated I will not be accepting a demotion as it is not contractual. Meeting this morning I was offered £3500? I have a feeling they may dismiss me with me not agreeing to the demotion? Not sure on the next step any advice would be appreciated. Massi.

I raised a grievance about the whole procedure yesterday and have today received a letter of dismissal without notice and that as iam no longer an employee with not be perusing any further with my grievance. Advice please if this can be done? Thanks.
