    Agree Lecterc.
    There are now other assistance dogs around as well.
    There are also the PAT dogs and other animals taken into hospitals and care homes, my old boss was not happy when the first ones came.

      It's not clear how long the OP has worked at the company or how long the MD has brought the dog into the workplace.

      Or when the issue became severe or whether it has worsened in recent weeks or months or whether the OP has an issue with the MD etc etc

            Teaboy,,to discuss depression with me would be like taking coals to Newcastle,teaching your Granny to suck eggs,preaching to the converted and every other analagy..you'll have to trust me on this as I'm not about to hijack a thread debating it with you.I've suggested OP and/or colleagues broach the subject(s) with the MD..I'll leave my input there.
