  • could it go against me

    Hello

I went for an interview - prior to interview I noticed I made error on dates worked; I informed the panel prior to the interview when I noticed it - the day before the interview I had spotted it

I made error that the role was two years work but it was only a weeks work as client in job lost funding - but I did put temporary assignment in reason for leaving

Could the error have gone against me or was it best I informed them to being honest I noticed the error - I was supposed to have a typing test but they did not put me on it.

can locations go against you too if you are not local for the job - this was one I had to go by train but on my job seekers agreement I have to commute.

Your error shouldn't go against you, although if they were inclined to be suspicious, they might think that you over-egged your CV in order to get to the interview stage.

Locations can go against you - some HR types can be surprisingly parochial.
