    Civil Claim- CountyCourt

    hi there all leagle beagles,

    sorry I have been away for a while but am now back with a vengeance

    I had an Employment Tribunal hearing which was trashed by my useless/ negligent representative and counsel.

    I now want to know am I entitled to bring a civil claim in the county court:

    Breach of duty and negligence, health and saftey spring to mind not to mention personal injury.

    Is there anything from stopping me doing so. I gather I have 3 year time limit.

    look forwards to any responses.
