how to establish as a weakness

I was wondering if anyone could help with how to do deal with a weakness, please. In 2010 I suffered bullying and resulted in the depression and anxiety work related. I was wondered how the best way was to tackle this as a weakness in job interviews. I say I am shy at first but I overcome it - I just don't know if that would be the truth or can being shy also be anxiety

Job interviews can sometimes be decided within 10 seconds of you stepping foot into the interview and without even a word being uttered. Feel confident going into the interview and remember that this company could be where you recover your confidence. They do not know you whatsoever so have confidence(even though the butterflies will go through your stomache which is perfectly normal).

I do understand the shy bit(although most people on here would not).

what question has come out in an interview that has made you have to answer it?

I would add that perhaps a better weakness to explain is one which can be seen as a positive ie that you are so precise in your work that sometimes it can overrun(however at least it is accurate and concise).....

Thanks it was a job interview on 23 December for a typing job - the problem is I have been finding it hard, despite the recession to get a job, given i have not worked for four years, I have wanted to, and gone back to college to improve my skills, no one wants to give me the opportunity to use my diplomas.
