Hello,
can you tell me are there any guidance notes available as to how the statement information should be presented to the Judge and Respondents prior to the court hearing.
This is a case of unpaid wages and commission, the court has estimated an hour as the evidence is over a short period of time based on text messages.
You have helped me get this far and your time and assistance is very much appreciated.

There's a very good book by Cunningham & Reed - they also have a very good website http://etclaims.co.uk/ which I used to succesfuly force a review after time

Most of it is common sense really, as I recall you must number each paragraph and allow a line of space between each line of writing. There isn't any great secret the objective is for you to put your point accross.

hello, my son won however this was really due to his employers not responding to anything and in fact he didn't go to court the judge just decided without a hearing.
since then have applied to get case transfered to high court but they keep returning the papers and asking for the appropriate legislation. Not a clue what this means and having a problem finding anybody who does.

But the biggest twist is that his employer contacted him 2 days ago and asked for a meeting to discuss what happened last year.I think my son is arranging a 'pub' meeting. Told my son theres only 3 words to say to him 'where's my money'

why did you take it to the high court

if the respondents have not involved themselves in the claim the only chance of getting the money is to get high court enforcement officers to try and collect the money
