    Can a company pay you at a lower rate for overtime than your contracted hourly rate -

    i.e we have been informed that being in a managerial position if we undertake any overtime it would be down to our managers discretion as to if we get paid our contracted hourly rate or be paid at a lower rate for extra hours?
