    Holiday entitlement

    I work for a security company where I work 12 hour shifts on a 3 days on 3 days off rota. We all received a letter from our company saying our holiday days were being reduced to 12 days as we are only part time. But after looking on the GOV website their online calculator said we are entitled to 19.2 days holiday. Can our company just reduce our holiday days?

    Have you checked your contract of employment?
    If so, what does it say?
    Do you get paid for public holidays?
