  • Redundancy question please

    Hi

    A quick question please

Have been made redundant, got 12 weeks notice pay. Am I allowed to start a new job in that time or do I have to wait until the 12 weeks is ended? I think I have to wait but just want to make sure?

    Thanks in advance

Has your job ended with the previous company?
How many years have you worked for them?

I am 99.9% certain that the answer is that you can work now but need a clarification firstly.

Once meeting is done and that relevant forms signed to state that your have been made redundant then yes 100% you can get a job(need to make sure that they have the date of termination of your employment though ).
