I was wondering if i could get some advice please. My contract states that i have 21 and a half hours per week. I have worked with the company since August 2010 and i have worked full time off and on (mainly on)
I have asked if they would consider me going full time but the bosses flat out refuse. In the 3 yrs i have been here there was a lady after me working almost a year full time employed and she was here for around 7 months then i went back to full time when she applied for a transfer. Then another lady was employed again she was here around 10 months then she applied for a transfer so i have now been working full time again since 25Th March this year.
I was told that if you had worked for 6 months full time then i can apply legally to go full time? Is this true? Where does it state that is so and what rules apply to that law?
