tribunal witness statement question

If their are parts of a document you wish to challange or bring the tribunals attention to is it down in the witmess statement . From my understanding my statement must include all points. Is this correct? I clever person told me it is my acccount of events. As I write the events do I put any comments or points?

As can tell little confussed but I knoe my witness statement and what it says is vital so I want to make sure it is correct.

To clarify what I mean is when writing my witness statement and a write a part which I want to bring a point about so not legislation just a point like not followed procedure do I mention it at that point?

Also if the is a document In the bundle which have I have concerns about , again is it brought up in the timeline in tje witness statement or can it be examined at another point?

I'm sorry but I don't give piecemeal advice out of context and with no information. I will answer this question, but please understand that I will not continue to do so if you continue to have any relevant information deleted. Tribunals are not versions of Perry Mason - there are no last minute surprise revelations, and the whole trial changes course. Anything you could possibly say on these boards is discloseble to the court prior to the case anyway. You may not appreciate this, but context is always crucial to accurate and reliable advice. You are removing that context, so the advice suffers. And so do you.

A witness statement is a statement of what you "witnessed", and pertains only to facts that you personally were involved in. It is not legal or other argument, it is not cross examination of other peoples evidence, and it is not your opinion.
