      Hi nutrance,

      If it were me, I would await the outcome of the ongoing meeting & keep an open mind before deciding on any course of action.
      It might be worth taking on board that the latest Employment Tribunal statistics show the median award for unfair dismissal was about £4,600 (2010-2011).
