      Thanks charitynjw

to labman - in respect of the targets I cannot earn any more bonus now I have an increased target. It wouldn't matter if my target was 2K or 100K I still only get a set amount. If I meet my target I get an extra bonus payment, if I don't I don't. All that giving me an increased target does is make my job harder. The first line in my job description says that my performance will largely be judged by whether or not I meet my targets. I am unlikely to be able to meet this increased target.

I'm currently under the same situation with a well known Scottish bank who shall remain un-named.

Would be very interested in how your situation has developed 3 months on?
