i have been told directly by nationwide that as i have ccjs i am not aa fit and proper person to work in finance and i might compromise their consumer credit licence. .

Absolute bull! I've 3 CCJ's and I've just been awarded a CCL for my charity.

Yeah but if that's the policy of Nationwide then its fait accomopli Caspar. Other organisations might not mind, but most banks do.
