So on a call center unpaid to log in , which can take 15 minutes to 30minutes averages out at at least 8 hours to 14 hours a month unpaid ..reasonably is there a legal caveat of how much time you should allow to be logged in eg we have been told you need extra time to log in on a Monday due to weekend updates ..we also have to use personal. Mobiles to connect to system them connect to their WiFi to log in ? Sorry this seems wrong so start at 8 am start log in process at 7.30 or at 7 am if a weekend or Monday, so what start log in updates at 6am because if your late logging in make up time ? Surely there is a reasonable time limit on how much time to log in and using. Personal mobiles as part of log ? Seriously?
How much time is reasonable to allow for work
