    Depot visit while being sick

    Now very simple situation, company have policy for employees to be invited depot visits, but this policy applies only for long term sicness from 3 weeks +. Will the request to come first week would be reasonable if not attending due to health reasons having GP sick note should cause disciplinaries or other sanctions like company sick pay stop (wile policy says only unreasonable refusal could efect any sanctions)?
