    Hi
    I have been asked if i would like to make a submission to the employment tribunal. They have said its not necessary but i just want to get some views on this.

      Dave2508 in order to make things easier for those of use advising without having to jump between this thread and the one you already have on your ET claim please can you cut and post your above post on your original thread PallasAthena has linked to please.

      I can then respond to you but also close off this thread to avoid confusion.

      Can you also clarify whether you are currently attending your final hearing?
